A Restoration House staff support couple lives on each site.  Staff support couples’ responsibilities include the encouragement of a healthy community dynamic within the apartment complex.  Support couples will also provide social opportunities for the mentee families to interact and build strong relationships.

In addition to the support couple, local churches provide a diverse team of 8 to 12 mentors to walk alongside each mentee family.

The mentor team provides emotional support throughout the service period and beyond.  Having a diverse team of mentors allows for a broader spectrum of support.  The support couples and mentors are crucial components contributing to the success of participating families.
