Supportive Housing

Supportive HousingTRH makes available transitional housing unit to each participating family. The family pays approximately 30% of their income to cover housing and utility costs. Their rent is adjusted based on their income every six months.

  • Each mother participates in instructional courses to aid in the development of financial literacy as well as family budgeting.
  • Churches sponsor single-mother families by providing furniture and unit renovations as needed. TRH partners with other organizations to assist in securing permanent housing for participants when their stay at TRH concludes.
  • Homeownership is encouraged for qualified families.
