With more than seven years of missionary experience, Stacy M. Smith has developed a sharp eye for organizing and developing effective, sustainable outreach ministries. As a “catalytic” missionary, Stacy has developed and/or strengthened over thirty local outreach ministries to assist people who have a variety of needs. Stacy empathetically come alongside of local ministry leaders and shows them how to organize, develop and sustain both ministry teams and themselves. Her ministry efforts include (but not limited to): A Hand Up For Women (formerly known as Knox County Christian Women’s Job Corps), Grace Car Care Ministry, Emergency Lock Change Ministry, and currently the Leadership Development & Training Ministry she organized and currently facilitates. Stacy is empoyed at Junior Achievment of East Tennessee |
